Through the mindful practice of Hatha yoga, the student will discover the many benefits of yoga that include, increased strength, flexibility, balance, mental clarity, reduced stress and tension, and overall student wellness.
The student is led through the fundamental Hatha yoga poses, breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques designed to reduce stress, release tension and quiet the mind.
The classes may also include joint and gland exercises and somatic movement designed to release chronic tension and aches in the body.

|Himalayan Yoga with Karen||The Community Church of Barrington, 407 S. Grove Avenue||SATURDAY AM||8:30-9:45 a.m.||Creating inner balance and serenity. Learn to coordinate the body, mind and breath. Moving through a specific sequence as taught by Swami Rama of the Himalayas. These poses are designed to tone the whole body, bring about greater flexibility, strength, balance, coordination as well as a clearer and more focused mind. You will leave the class feeling relaxed and energized.

- No refunds, exchanges, extensions on punch card.
- Punch card expires 4 months from purchase date.
